Moscow Mule

While Winnipeg's civic election may seem tame in comparison to the nasty political battles going on south of the border, defamation in the current season is enough to drive voters to drink.
The Gong Show in River Heights-Fort Garry has candidates in what was politically more sophisticated room Winnipeg treat voters like idiots drip. But I guess you'd expect in a room represented by four different directors in six years.
What is really surprising is the mayoral race, where Sam Katz and Judy Wasylycia-Leis are trading mutual accusations of scaremongering. Used robo-calls. She used references union or unwittingly used by them, depending on who you believe.
The end result was two major candidates for mayor spent most of last week accusing each other of being evil enemies high instead of talking about his plans for the city or doing anything remotely positive.Moscow Mule
