It is important to note however, that some U.S. states and territories, including Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas, do not observe the Daylight Saving Time

Meanwhile in the UK, the clocks fall back to standard time effective Sunday, October 31, 2010. The official change occurs at 6:30 a.m. ET (1.00 GMT). Daylight saving time returns on March 28, 2011 in the United Kingdom.time change fall 2010
