Miley Cyrus has yet to speak out about the leaked video showing her smoking a bong, but her famous dad has taken to Twitter to voice how upset he is.
"Sorry guys. I had no idea," Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted Friday afternoon. "Just saw this stuff for the first time myself."
